THE  PATENTED ULTRAMATIC MTC MULTI-TUBE  is a revolutionary concept in vibratory mass finishing machines.  This system will perform a number of functions i.e. (deburr and dry parts)  on a continuous feed basis all in one space saving design!  In 1974 we patented the OVERHEAD DRIVE combining it with the first completely enclosed tubular process chamber.  Since then we have led the industry in the production of inline Flo-Thru machines  and are proud to announce the MTC SERIES our latest innovation.

DESIGNED FOR HIGH PRODUCTION   If you have a high production application and require that parts be finished  on a "first-in,first-out"   basis, the UltraMATIC MTC MULTI-TUBE  System is the answer. Time cycles are virtually unlimited due to the additional tubes that can be designed  into your custom built MTC SYSTEM.

HIGH POWERED FINISHING ACTION
Our patented drive design powers the multiple tubes with a single motor, saving energy.  The patented location equalizes forces within each tube resulting in consistent media action from one end to the other. Our Multi-Tube drive is versatile enough to run all types of media that vary in density such as ceramic, plastic, dry polishing media, even steel media.

REDUCED FLOOR SPACE
Previously the space requirement for a Inline Flo-Thru having 10 ft. of linear tub length was 7ft. wide x 20ft. long. Now with the new MTC MULTI-TUBE over 70 ft. of linear tube length fits this area.

LONGEST TIME CYCLES AVAILABLE   
Your custom MTC System is capable of continuous feed time cycles up to 4 hours!! This is made possible by the unique multiple tube configuration that allows up to seven  tubular process chambers of unlimited length to be combined thus providing unprecedented continuous feed time cycles.
